JobStreamr is a recruitment management platform designed for headhunters and recruitment agencies. The service includes candidate tracking, job management, email integration, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Email Integration

When you connect your email account (Gmail or Microsoft), you grant JobStreamr permission to access your email for the purposes of sending and managing recruitment communications. You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload or create in JobStreamr, including candidate information, job postings, and communications. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you provide.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

JobStreamr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
